Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Platform and organizers
BASEbloc provides tools for event discovery, attendance, passes, and community communication. Event organizers and promoters use BASEbloc to manage their own events and communicate with attendees. BASEbloc is the platform provider; organizers are responsible for their own event content and communications.
User responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your wallet and any connected accounts secure. Do not share private keys or recovery phrases. You are responsible for the accuracy of any contact information you provide.
Communications consent
By providing an email address or phone number and opting in, you consent to receive event and community updates from BASEbloc and the event organizer through the channels you select. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or through your contact preferences.
Opting out
You may opt out of email or SMS communications at any time. Opting out applies going forward and does not remove your wallet address or event history from BASEbloc. It also does not affect transactional messages required to operate the service, such as pass confirmations or critical account notifications.
Platform availability
BASEbloc is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Prohibited misuse
You may not use BASEbloc to send spam, harass others, impersonate another person, or interfere with the platform's operation. Organizers may only send communications to users who have consented through BASEbloc.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of BASEbloc after changes means you accept the updated terms.
